Order Processing and Payment:
We reserve the right to decline any order placed with us. The company may, at its sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders made by or under the same customer account, credit card, and/or orders that utilise the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we cancel or modify an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Shipping and Delivery:
Purembrace is not responsible for any shipping or delivery delays caused by events outside of our control. The estimated delivery time for each product is stated on the product page. The delivery time does not include weekends, holidays, or the time required to process your order.
Product information and availability
We have taken every measure to ensure that the colours and images of our products displayed on the website are as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the display on your computer monitor will accurately reflect the actual colour of the products.
Product Warranty
Our company provides a warranty that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship upon delivery. The warranty period lasts for seven (14) days from the date of delivery. If the product is defective, you can return it to us for repair or replacement. If it is not repairable, we will provide a replacement product of equal value.
Return and Refund Policy
Our company follows a no-exchange policy. You may return the product to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price in store credit, except for shipping and handling fees. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these requirements.

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and products (collectively, the "Marks") displayed on our Services are the property of Purembrace or its affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. The customer is prohibited from using the marks without the prior written permission of Purembrace.
Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the United Kingdom.
Governing Law
The present terms shall be subjected to the laws of the United Kingdom and interpreted in conformity with them, without applying any principles of conflict of laws.
Changes to the Terms
Purembrace reserves the right to change these terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on our services. Through your utilisation of our services, you acknowledge and consent to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between Purembrace and the customer and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the use of the services.
No Waiver
The failure of Purembrace to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
Assignment
The customer may not assign these terms or transfer any rights to use the services without the prior written consent of Purembrace. Purembrace may assign these terms without notice to the customer.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Purembrace, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping services for our customers. Please review our shipping policy carefully to ensure that you understand our terms and conditions.
Processing and Shipping Time:
Our goal is to provide the fastest delivery possible to our customers. Normally, products in stock are shipped within 24 hours and take 7–15 business days for transit. The maximum delivery time is 20 business days. Please note that this does not include our 1-3 day processing time. Additionally, all shipping times exclude clearance and customs delays.
Note Regarding COVID-19:
Due to the current pandemic of COVID-19, courier services around the world have been affected, including our courier partners. As a result, shipping times may be delayed by 3–5 business days. We apologise for any inconvenience and are working hard to get your item(s) to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Order confirmation and tracking:
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that our team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Shipping Charges:
We offer free shipping in Europe on orders over £150. For orders under £100, there is a UK flat-rate shipping charge of £10.99, and for international orders to other countries, the charge is £26.99. We are committed to providing our customers with great value and service, which is why we offer free shipping on orders over £150 by DPD, Post Office, or other shipping services.
International Shipping:
At Purembrace, we take pride in providing international shipping services to our customers. Currently, we are unable to offer shipping to Europe. Please note that there are specific locations where we are unable to deliver, and in the event that you are from any of these locations, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
Lost/Missing Packages:
If your order does not arrive within the specified timeframes or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks to complete. Once the investigation is complete, if your order is confirmed as lost in transit or delivered to a different address than the one provided at checkout, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, we will provide store credit on your account as well as cover any shipping costs. However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
Purembrace is not liable if an incorrect address is entered during the checkout process. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the billing and shipping addresses are entered correctly. If your tracking information is marked as delivered but you have not received your items, we recommend waiting another 24–48 hours for your items to be delivered, as the Post Office can often be delayed on their end. We also recommend checking with your neighbours, as occasionally the Post Office will deliver to a nearby address. If you still have not received your order, we recommend filing an inquiry with us or contacting the Post Office directly on their website. We are happy to provide any necessary information during the inquiry process. However, if the Post Office confirms the correct delivery of your order, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund.
Purembrace reserves the right to deduct appropriate shipping charges from any returned item that doesn't qualify for the correct return reason or meet our product quality standards.
Missing Item(s)
If you find that an item is missing from your order, please check your order confirmation and any relevant emails, including spam or junk folders, to confirm whether the item is out of stock or has been dispatched in a separate parcel. If none of these explanations apply and your expected delivery date has passed, please contact us at info@purembrace.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will take appropriate action.
Customs
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees incurred once your order has shipped. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country.

Tracking Information

It may take up to 5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us for assistance.
Will my items be sent in one package?

At Purembrace, our mission is to provide our customers with high-quality products that meet their expectations. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Therefore, we are happy to offer a return and refund policy with no exchanges.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your items, and we will do our best to assist you.
Please note that any defects or damages during shipping must be reported within 7 days of receiving your items. Otherwise, they will not be eligible for a return or replacement.
Return Requirements:
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.
The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received.
A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Products that have been damaged or used cannot be returned.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
Contact us via email at info@purembrace.com within 7 days of receipt of the product, indicating which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
Provide us with your order number, name, and reason for the return.
Log in to the Purembrace Returns Portal, or we will provide you with a return address. Please note that customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Once the product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund as store credit within 7–14 business days.
For international returns, you will need to pay for your return. Please use the address provided via email.
Please note that items purchased with a discount of 30% or more off the normal price are final sales and cannot be returned.
Returns Portal:
To return an item, complete the returns form received and package the item in its original packaging.
Log in to the Purembrace Returns Portal using the order number and email.
Follow the instructions to generate your return label.
A fixed UK charge of £10.99 per parcel and international charge of £26.99 per parcel is payable at the time of creating the return label.
Enclose the returns form with your parcel. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your refund.
If you do not have a returns form, visit Purembrace Returns Portal to print one, or write the required details on a sheet of paper.
Ensure the following details are included with your return: order number, style name or code, and reason for returning.
Use the tracking number provided on your return tracking receipt to monitor your parcel's delivery status on Purembrace website.
Upon receipt of the item by Purembrace, your refund will be processed using the store credit method.
International Returns:
To return an international purchase, visit the Returns Portal and enter the order ID and email used to place the order.
Select the item(s) to return and the reason for the return. A return label will be emailed to you.
Pack the item(s) in their original condition and packaging. Affix the return label securely to the outside of the package.
Returns are only accepted through this process to ensure appropriate customs clearance documentation is generated.
Once received and processed, refunds will be store credited within 14 working days.

Purembrace reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if abuse of the returns policy is suspected, such as repeat refunds, free warehousing, or chargeback fraud.
Tracking Portal:
Purembrace provides tracking information for all orders shipped via courier or mail.
Once an order is shipped, customers will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the courier's or mail carrier's website.
Customers can use the tracking number to monitor their order's delivery status and expected delivery date.
Purembrace will provide regular updates on the delivery status of the order, including any delays or issues that may arise.
If the order does not arrive within the expected delivery time frame, customers should contact Purembrace customer service for assistance.
In the event of a lost or missing package, Purembrace will work with the courier or mail carrier to resolve the issue and ensure the customer receives their order.
Purembrace bears no responsibility for any lost or missing packages that result from the provision of inaccurate or incomplete shipping information by the customer.

Store credit will only be processed once the items have arrived at our warehouse. If your items do not make it back to us, you will need to open a dispute with the carrier. You may be liable for import VAT (normally applied to goods over £15) and a customs duty charge (if your order value is over £135).
I received a defective product:
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the defective item you received. In order to assist you with a return and refund, please contact our customer care team within 7 business days via our Contact Us section. When contacting us, kindly provide your name, order number, product name, a picture of the fault, and a description of the fault. The product name and order number can be found on your order confirmation email. Kindly attach an image of the faulty item to your email.
Items excluded from returns:
Please note that certain items are excluded from returns, such as products marked final sale or clearance." Additionally, returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unripped, unstained, with all tags attached, and accompanied by the original order packing slip. Please note that returns cannot be combined with multiple orders, and we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the aforementioned criteria or show signs of wear.
Refunds Policy:
Refunds will be issued as store credit and processed based on the merchandise value on the original purchase invoice. Please note that if the returned item is damaged or used, no refund will be provided. If you wish to request store credit, you may do so within 14 days after the guaranteed delivery period (28 days) has expired by submitting a message on our Contact Us page.
In the event that we receive returned items that are considered to be in an unsaleable state, we will store them for you until an arrangement for collection is made. We will hold onto these items for a period of 28 days, after which we cannot guarantee that we will be able to continue storing them. Please note that we do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without first consulting with us.
We hope to resolve this issue for you promptly and efficiently.
No Exchanges:
Please note that we do not offer exchanges for any products. If you wish to receive a different product, you will need to return the original product for store credit. Once we receive your unwanted items, we will process the store credit, and you can place a new order.
Fraudulent Activities:
At Purembrace, we take fraudulent activities seriously. We reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in the future in the case of suspected fraudulent activity. Suspicious claims relating to orders that have not been received, the return of used or worn items, or items that do not match the original order may result in the blocking of your account.
